• I have an AquaMED® product, but am interested in upgrading to a different massage bed. Do you have any programs that could help me?
New AquaMED® massage bed technology has enabled us to improve our Aquamed products over the years. Many of our AquaMED® massage product customers want to take advantage of the latest aqua bed massage technology, so we have designed our Trade-In and Trade-Up Program to accommodate their demands. Many of our customers have been with us for over 15 years!
• If I buy more than one Aquamed bed, can I save money?
Customers purchasing more than one Aquamed bed at the same time often qualify for a discount. Please ask one of our sales associates for more details or read about our Sales Incentive Programs before purchasing your Aquamed beds.
• Do I need any special plumbing for my AquaMED® bed?
No. All of our Aquamed beds are self-contained and require no special plumbing.
• Where can I try out an AquaMED product?
We have AquaMED product dealers and customers located around the world, so it is generally not a problem arranging a trial session to feel the difference with our aqua bed massage. Also, we invite you to join us at one of the many conventions we attend each month, or visit us at our headquarters in Clearwater, Florida and try out an aquamed product.
• Can I bill insurance for Aquamed?
As a manufacturer, we are unable to recommend CPT codes. Please, consult a billing expert with questions regarding insurance reimbursement.
