REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM

Our Referral Rewards Program is a program designed to identify and compensate customers that are spreading the word about the benefits of AquaMED®.

Current customers will receive $500 for referring someone who purchases an AquaMED AM100/AM200 bed.

To participate, please read, sign, and fax the SIGN-UP sheet provided, which outlines the program.

We will follow up with you shortly to further discuss the details of this opportunity; however please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions or suggestions for improvement.

Program Details:

Each customer will receive a $500 referral reward for each new bed sold when the following circumstances are met:

• Referring Customer speaks with fellow associates to generate interest in AquaMED
• Referring Customer calls, emails, or faxes AquaMED Sales Executive with the contact information of  Prospective Customers
• AquaMED Sales Executive registers Prospective Customer(s) in database as a Customer Referral
• Prospective Customer purchases new AM100/AM200 bed(s) at full retail price.

There are no ongoing duties or obligations for the this program. Referrals will not be rewarded for sales to previous customers, to previously registered leads, or for trade-in sales.
